Never have used one of those for that type of application. Sorry no idea. How big an area you have? If not all that big that may work. I just wouldn't take no breaks do it and get it done those sprayers can be a pain used them for years for plants.

What are you trying to do? That might help! For decks I use a paint pad on the end of a screw in broomstick and a paint tray for the sealer.
