These two statements appear contradictory.

Nelson and his friends DO NOT CARE about the share price


These people make money by financing failing businesses and having their friends (like Nelson) run companies by spouting off misleading information to get retail investors to waste their money buying shares.

You are not going to lurk in too many retail investors with a failing share price.

No argument there " Nelson ....He is not incompetent, he is corrupt. "

But the key statement you make is "Decisions were made"

There is a new sheriff in town to try and clean it up, In my few correspondence with Chuck he strikes me as a man with integrity.

Where I disagree with you "And as long as Nelson is able to control the board of directors, and therefore the company, there is no reason to think anything has changed"

Things have already changed there are 3 less directors.

Whether or not Chuck will be successful is very much still in question but he is having an impact and IMHO for the better..
