Oddly enough, they just announced that the folks who invested with Madoff just got the last of their money back.

Oddly enough, that is not true. It depends on when they "invested" with Madoff. To date, about 73% of the invested Madoff money has been recovered, and that is mostly because Madoff didn't spend most of the money. That is very far from everyone getting all their money back.

And no, that is still much better than most of the Mexus investors are doing. I am sure the many investors that invested with Paul Thompson at 20, 40, or even 60 cents think differently. And Mexus spends the money as fast, if not faster, than they get it.
