Sevion Therapeutics Inc. changed to Eloxx Pharmaceuticals Inc. and a one for 20 reverse split:

It's a reverse merger of Sevion into Eloxx.

What happens to Sevion's IP?

BTW with the loss of most orphan drug benefits under the rubric of reform, I can't see any incentive for Eloxx to maintain an outpost in America.
