So far there has been no confirming evidence that lottery or liquor licenses are in affect at the trading post.

That's all I said. Nothing in my post is misleading information and it can all be fact checked.

I read the purchase agreement and it stated American Green would be granted the lottery contract if they qualified. Same with the ABC (alcohol) license, which should have been applied for before close of escrow to wait approval by the board.

Three months and counting since escrow closed. Still waiting.

*****Misleading information is stating a passer by bought tickets there ! AG may have applied for the licence in Nipton but currently does not have one Period Fact !!!
