Good question. The way the Nov 30 PR was worded, it seems the clinical studies are the next milestone. No mention of "calibration". Unless that somehow corresponds to "pilot study"

I would imagine the calibration was done during the 9 months leading up to entry into Diablo. Nine months and Fifty test subjects, enough to get HS working the way they wanted it to before Diablo brought them the numbers.
