There was a sign on the cash register in a picture American Green posted to their Instagram dated October 22nd that stated the lottery was not available at the trading post until their license is transferred. Morongobill confirmed this. So far there has been no confirming evidence that lottery or liquor licenses are in affect at the trading post.

Even then though, keep in mind American Green has to pay $150k every quarter over the next 5 years to the Lang Trust for the purchase of Nipton.

Baaaaa...poster is regional visitor and DID NOT confirm buying tickets...simply indicated when nearby Primm is busy, you can buy at Nipton...yeah, you could prior to closing Nipton deal.

Oct20 post.."Staff was very friendly. This is a great place to go when the Primm location is packed with people for lotto tickets. It's actually a nice drive with some nice background scenery along the way. Would recommend."

Fella doesnt even mention AG, and likely posting about pre -AG visit...Ive posted feedback about condos and resturaunts weeks after my visits..

Simple solution...pick up the phone and call Nipton Trading Post anytime daily 9-6..or have you already? .."Mayor" Jim will identify himself upon answering, ask 3 simple questions...Any lotto, any alcohol and any AGM sales? Good bet a few shareholders called in last 24 hours to verify for themselves, and they aint postin' discovery...good reason...and seems AG VP Client Affairs Smalls in no hurry to respond to Bill...hmmm???..now that's client service...NOT!
