Although it is reasonable to be certain, we have not seen an official 8K yet indicating such. It would have been nice to ECOS have other types of diversified business ventures in place to make money in the meantime besides selling billions of shares at near worthless prices.
I have mentioned before that this product looks and is quite innovative it's just too bad that it wasn't already licensed to a company with stronger track record to sell and distribute. And while a reverse merger for LRS with ECOS is nice in theory, there are many other shells that are clean and ready to go for much less than the baggage that this company comes with. Assuming they want to go public anyway.
