Interesting, but I don't think they've been advised to even think about doing what is in your post. That's kinda high level stuff and they've been busy doing other stuff which is why the SEC stepped in, in my view.

I personally think they might just take the Crypto Company private if the full OTC listing is not restored.

I'm not convinced about any share buy back. I'm sure many here would have been discussing such a trading pattern if they saw one?

However, no matter what happens, the RMRK shell is worth a lot. We don't know IF the outstanding debt HAS been paid off yet?

However, I do think the price will go lower tomorrow as folks who were at work today see the news about the CR*CW suspension and sell to either go into something else or to take a tax loss.

It is disappointing that CR*CW has made no comment at all. Such an incredibly large percentage of the share structure as unregistered securities is not good, in my view.
