A couple of the directors lent the company $400 thousand on terms to be decided later? Right about that time the company goes pink ensuring that whatever happens they don't have to report it to us?
Look at the back trail on GLBT. I was there when the authorized shares went from 1 billion to 20 billion. I'm not comparing the companies, only saying that if you think it can't be done, you should think again.
I don't know if most pinks have less than 150 million AS but this one has 284 million OS today... don't know what's authorized.
But my original point is that no one gives a company like this one $400 thousand expecting CD returns. If they wanted 9% interest they could have gotten it with a lot less risk. Hell, they could have bought the pipeline themselves.
