I think everyone already knows that rad financials will disclose more debt, bigger float, very little (although possibly increased) revenues. That stuff is priced in already, so they may as well get it over with.
SMP went kapoop on the PP route from what I have heard.. Yet SMP has also tried and is currently tied up going the mini IPO route like so many of the other competitors has gone.. BUT SMP is having problems with the SEC and some of the filings they are planning..seems everything not in order...
