Tend to agree with you; however, I find it odd that PPHMP has been hovering near $25/share.

I was thinking that maybe Management is trying to sell the IP to cover some of the funding and to buyback the PPHMP shares. I think it would be difficult to do both because there is about $41.19 Million in outstanding PPHMP shares.

Yep...share price going down like a disgraced Cosmonaut currently paints a grim picture.

Someone would be buying hand over fist if any substantive discussions were going on.

Perhaps something changes to the upside in short order. Heck, I would take a large AVID signing and jump for joy at this stage.
