DG we have agreed that Fife has used VNDM to short ECOS before yet I can't believe they are doing this again but the proof is in the pudding as they say.

Yep, every news event for the next year will likely be used for the same purpose. Coverts are always first in line. Being delinquent and non-compliant, ECOS would be foolish to even try to promote a 'run' with the SEC looking for justifications for suspending trading?
