As long as he does not use his position from preventing Electick, etc. from posting, there is no conflict.

And occaisionally you do ask revealing questions of posters, i.e how many shares does Atiku own in ERHC and how did he aquire them?

I doubt if there is any poster on this board who can outdo Balance when it comes to integrity, wisdom, and the ability to assimilate many details into reasonable scenarios. He has consistently been one of the boards greatest assets and I, for one, give his posts much weight as I'm sure many others do. You may be in some mighty hot water here.
