how would anyone determine CNXS is “undervalued” when it has No Financials, No business, No News, Caveat Emptor status, etc.?

Thank you Ms Fox, I was wondering EXACTLY the same thing.

I think it is easy to say it is OVERVALUED with all of the NON-"stuff".
