What's that got o do with importing exporting cement or the threat of growing emissions from the like os China/India?

Yeah, The coal plants will likely be replaced by Nukes which have far far less CO2 emissions than Gas fired production....


But some have already determined that nukes are bad so its solar/wind/maybe geothermal or nothing I guess.....
