I doubt any cement is being exported to Texas from Ca. So its great you live in such an environmentally concerned place and have such a higher moral environmental life, all the while consuming products from other areas that continue to pollute.. What have you gained for humanity? Nothing but another notch in this game of state oneupmanship IMO..... Happy motoring!
