Yes, and the OS has been growing all year...up by over 7B JUST THIS YEAR. Does anyone think this can continue without a change to the OS or AS?
If this was a bucket with a hose filling it, you would see that it's almost full and the hose is still on full blast. There is no one to turn the hose off. Either you need a bigger bucket, or you have to dump the contents - you are not allowed to let it overflow.

You need to read the history of Cellucci and reverse splits - he has executed 2 reverse splits in 3 years.

The last being in June 2016. Which was a 1:2500 R/S.

At that time the O/S was 2.6 Billion shares and the O/S was reduced to 1 million shares.

In 18 months the O/S has ballooned to almost 8 Billion shares.
