If they start coming current on filings then that is a sure sign that a R/M is about to take place. Well, nothing is sure, but that is my experience.

I don't know if that's what it means. If your interpretation is correct though, the empty shell would still hold significant value, especially with the attractive SS. The shell is basically in a gas and go condition. No baggage, no restructuring needed, debt free.

Look at all of the companies that merge with dirty shells and then have to sort all of that stuff out before they can move forward. This shell, in this state is like a hot commodity in the business world.

Much rather have an empty shell to reverse merger....

Than one with debts left from prior management --- someone scalping all shares underneath- this one could blow at any point. Sorry for those who may have sold into the perceived lack of strength. $ASFX - should get intriguing into Christmas IMO
