The company cannot do a buyback under Colorado Corp law. And even if they could there has been no disclosure of a buyback which the company would have to do well before starting one.

And lastly t-trades in the OTC generally reflect the selling of stock into the market from a large holder. They do not reflect the acquisition of stock from the market.
