PPS should at least match mobicoin PPS or half of that. Base on SS and PTOP current value aka $30Million. Should be at least 10cent to get the $30Million assest value + multiplier which is usually 4x = 40cent but I will play it safe at say 10cent should be min with Mobicion at $30Million
