Lets ask a more basic question. Lenny supposedly bought the shell. How much did Lenny pay for the shell? Wouldn't there be some disclosure on the amount just for the fact this is a publicly traded company? Once that question is answered you have the answer to how much Yo Adrian still controls of the shell and stock. To date we have no clue. No SEC forms filled, no disclosure, no nothing other than Lennys word and he has been known to be involved in a scam before.
