I had trouble with the sentence the first time I read it as well. I think it's meant to say this.... "This perspective is shared by multiple Pharma companies, potential partners the Company currently is in active discussions with, (who are) equally interested in the continued development and eventual market introduction of Brilacidin-OM worldwide."
...with the shared perspective referring back to "the potential to rapidly assume a lead position after market introduction".
I think the answer to all of your questions is "yes". BTW, for future reference I think BigK is or was an English Professor. I'm just a persistent amateur and I think you're plenty "good with english". :o)
