“About” the end of January. LOL. Weasel language is extra-essential when there’s no disclaimer to hide behind.

So we have six weeks or so until the goalposts get moved again. Unless he really means January 2019.

Why do the articles keep saying commercial plant operational by end of 2019? I certainly hope it’s a typo and meant to say 2018
