Only 2 things we have time to happen now. Excercise of warrants cannot happen, so either we are allowed to retain capital or SPSA buyback happens. Id say retain capital is off the table unless Nooch words on how he expects the payment to happen was a funny for him. Maybe I missed the upside down grin.....somehow? Lol
