If Mr. Seller is a note holder, they could not care less about an RS.

If Mr. Seller is someone holding a large amount of stock they have decided to unload then yes...a drop in price and liquidity would be a concern.

Whoever it is...they don’t seem to believe the stock is worth holding at the present pps.
