Well, the debt conversion will make money no matter what. They have 13M shares, which if sold at .20 is 2.6M. The aggregate debt was 200k, so they could sell at one tenth this pps and still make out like bandits.
However, it would just be a bloodbath of sells coming in, not this steady manipulation of the ask.
