there is no money for the company to catch up on their filings. They have no income and nothing to provide in return for some $250K needed for the filings. They have identified oil projects but have no money to fund.
The stock will come back when they get money for filings. Who knows when this will happen. I don't think management has anything else to say besides we have been sitting on our rears for the past 6? years waiting for the stork to drop a bag of money to us. That's probably why you are not getting a response. Do you have a solution for them?
