Someone bought/sold 1mil shares @ .00001. Some programs don't show the 5th digit.

Not sure, but it could be a retail trader taking a year-end tax loss like this example: Brokerage agrees to liquidate your shares for ONE CENT, aka, .01 for your entire (almost worthless) pile o' MMEG shares. This sale locks in your tax loss, netting ~.0000001 per share (?)
Just a guess by me, YMMV ...
