Ruby....

SEO runs this company, get use to it!...and nobody can change that, but him.
This is his company, we are along for the ride, nothing more, if SEO succeeds we prosper.
The only way the majors can get at this oil is to destroy ERHE, and they are trying every dirty trick in the book to do it.

If SEO loses control of ERHE, I'm selling every share I own, I came here because of SEO, if he leaves, I leave.

Because if SEO loses control,...the powers that did it will destroy ERHE,...and the common shareholders will be nothing.

I wouldn't sell my shares if I where Offor, due to the likely value I would get for them prior to oil being discovered.

Nobody is going to offer Offor what he thinks his shares will be worth after oil is discovered, for the same reason big institutional investors won't really stump up a ton of cash. The risk is still there in their eyes.

I agree that we need a white man to be CEO in the US, but it is not reasonable to think that Offor is somehow likely to sell his stock for less than it will be worth in two or three years now when he is not exactly strapped for cash right now.

Although this sounds odd, what our consortium partners are doing has more impact on the share price IMO. Look at the positive step Addax took recently when Chevron's X technical guy went to join them.

We need to be worried about the likes of Addax and Sinopec getting the equipment needed and the people with the know-how required to discover the oil and prepare for oil production as quickly as possible.

Us all getting embroiled in the subject of Offor staying or going is not very relevant IMO.

The oil is what counts and that is where our focus should be.

The reason ERHC is priced were it is, is because of the FCPA investigation, and uncertainty regarding when exploration, drilling and production will begin. This stock is driven by retail investors who have gotten burnt left and right by longs and pumpers telling them that as soon as whatever happens the stock will be North of 3, who are just fed up with it and either holding or not buying anymore. That's my reason for the low volume over the last month. If Offor is the reason we're priced were we are, then its a very minor reason, and personally I think people are just jumpng on the latest Offor Conspiracy theory because they've got nothing else to hang their hat on right now. As soon as the picture clears up, we get information on when drilling and exploration will begin, the price will move up as well. I find it completely absurd that sophisticated institutional investors who have the ability to see the deal that ERHC has hammered out for itself, will refuse to invest in ERHC once oil is discovered because of Offor. If the oil is there, and the revenue streams are there, those sophisticated institutions will invest whether Offor has majority control or not. ERHC is still a US publicly traded company, under the jurisdiction of the SEC and US regulations, and that will be enough to make them sleep well at night while investing in a CASH COW. JMHO
