Good points. What I like about CTUM management is they do what they say. LTC IPO (w/FDA filing) and LTC licenses, Cornell liquidation, LFG expansion, Ukraine gas ventures... I haven't a doubt it's all coming down the pike. Of course, everything generally takes more time than expected. Being in for long haul, as you say, is likely path to riches in this case.
