So to my second question...

So when they are ready to go public wouldn't it make sense for the two co-founders of TFN to merge TFN 100% in to a publicly traded company that already has ownership interest in TFN? Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe BKMP?

Seems logical to me.
