You're right, it might never go up. That's why a person should never go to a casino with money they cannot afford to lose. The stock market, ESPECIALLY OTC stocks, is a gamble. In my opinion, I'm holding a pair of Jacks with TRTC. Definitely strong enough to gamble with. I could be beat with a lucky draw to an inside straight, but odds are in my favor.
