they had more than 50k in revs. they had almost that much in cash when Eqova came on board. hah. check the Q's. proof of the CBD product ? seriously....that is the argument ? lol. yup. they fooled and lied to a public company to go public with no product just to not benefit one bit from the dilution that was held by the previous business venture...lol. unable to see through blinders i guess.
