In my opinion I think the CEO knew exactly what he was doing by releasing it. There was something already very suspicious about it, no 8K, no details of any substance, and now finding out they've been working together for the past 3.5 years explains a lot. It just so happened that his extremely VAGUE PR came with a shitload of dilution, I don't think that was a coincidence
