Actually I think this is change to worse, not better. The last two placed new CEO has been working for appears to be small entities, especially the last one.
So his career seems not to be on upward trajectory.
I believe NTRP has a great future ahead but the change tells that they currently have many miles to go before they have the next major milestone ahead. And it seems like Wilke wasn't prepared to wait that long and moved on. And their current situation didn't attract top talent.
