I will leave this board tonight and get on a plane, if someone can tell me where I can go and buy United States currency at a bargain or discount. For example, I will pay $1 or give you some "if at all" paper for all $10 bills (You are not expected to receive any value for the paper). WLOLW

Who dreams up these transactions? The over educated... Would this be a legal transaction or a crime?
