in all seriousness though I worked accounting for 7 years that shit can take a long time and tends to get pushed off, hopefully that's the case and it's not negligence
Hello all, today I have emailed the BGL on the timeline rapidly shrinking on the deal and have asked for an update to the best of their ability within the realms of allowed disclosure. It was announced at the annual general meeting for DigitalX in the last week of November that the merger was confirmed and they were working towards closure of the deal. I will report back with any response I received.
