Thats good, the larger the company gets the less of a "one man show" it should be, like a good plan. Deligation becomes more important and to attract right compatance to the company.

I hope this turns out well, i'm more invested than I should. But the risk/reward looks very good (hopefully not too good to be true).

Btw, is there anyone on this board or anyone that knows someone that has been to SIAF?

Tony can do the investor tours. He will probably enjoy it. He's already doing the presentations.

He probably needs a guy who will do the contract negotiations abroad.

As for the other stuff, he probably needs to hire one or two people and teach them everything he knows. That's what I did when I left my job. Even though I was fed up, I stayed for a month and taught someone everything I knew. 8 hours per day. Actually I think that was highly unsual but I felt it was my responsibility. No manager ever told me to do it, obviously. They don't have a clue to begin with.

So you really think S has given up imposing his vision on the world and is ready to to let things follow their natural course?
