It says verified by the TA with a date from last week...wouldn't someone had to of paid the transfer agent considering it does state that it was verified by them? Many otc companies are in the dark when it comes to the TA gagged in which case it does not have the word verified next to the SS when listed. I just don't understand how OTCMARKETS legally can state that the SS is up to date and verified by the transfer agent in the event that never happened?
