That's great you got the coffee for your dad, and not everybody can buy whenever they feel like it and then buy at the ask. Whenever you hit it big IMO buy 3 and 4 bedroom houses near popular sports stadiums and rent the homes out Airbnb. I do this and I have never had 1 bad month.
