Thanks; already checked into it and, as I understand, that rule does not apply to OTC Pink Sheets: I am not a Beneficial Owner; meaning also, these are not voting shares and I have no interest in controlling the company! :-)

l am just a regular investor who was in the right place at the right time when I saw all the potential here; been watching for 3 years now and when I saw the first volume spike in January, I jumped in with both feet before any news or alerts went out, even before Stock Rocket, at between .0003 and .0004. And I plan to back up the truck and load some more for the next IPO, ain't the OTC grand?

So anyway, you can buy all you want and you probably should because it looks very cheap here from my perspective. GLTA. Go $VGID! Go Buzzy!
