That one is an empty store front in Fort Stockton. I checked on my my to the butcher shop today, to pick up a half-steer I had processed at Miller's. Nobody was home. There was a desk there. Otherwise empty.

There was a previous post that you must have missed - they have an actual office. Exciting times for MMEX!!
