There is certainly a bit of swing trading happening. It's easy to do on stocks with no future due to the very minimal volume required to move them one way or the other.
The company here misses it's goals over and over again. It just lost 1 mil on the songbird deal and it currently being sued by a former employee. The bad news streaks this turd have lend it to being a good swing with dead cat bounces
