How do you think OMVS is financing the company?..please dont say 2 deployments.
It's like trying to get a loan and you're not current filing your taxes. Any lender will consider you a very high risk candidate and give you the absolute worst terms.
The fact that the company only has stock as collateral, and the lender CANNOT sell, they will demand usury rates.
The dilution isnt today, it's coming. If you read the filing you would see the pattern.
