Penny stock manipulation at its worse. MM were exercising the outstanding warrants and clearing out all bids on the level 2. They would back off and the pps would start to run. They were being honest when they told you it was good for the company but actually were being very underhanded by putting out the PR to fuel this dump of shares on the public.
