someone named Alan Bailey is now listed as CFO.

Alan Bailey has been the CFO of ONCI since July 2017 according to OTC Markets and Mary's post above. I'm not sure if he's a Certified Public Accountant, or not. Regardless, he's responsible for maintaining the general ledger, adjusting journal entries, preparing internal monthly financials, and external quarterly financials. At 69 years old, he's also more that capable of getting up to speed quickly given his diverse work experience since 1975.

In my view, it's simply not acceptable when you're the CFO of a publicly held corporation whose CEO has told investors (two weeks before) to expect financials on a certain date, to then just not file. At the very least Steve Berman show the investors some respect and spend the 100 bucks and put out a PR explaining the delay.

I don't know what you guys are smoking, but the financials for ONCI for 2017 are not posted, and are not likely to be posted until they are audited, and they have until Jan 31 to do that. Longer if they file an extension.
The redomicile and name change has been in the works for months. All in the press releases and other filings. Things are going as they SAID they would go.
Just relax and wait for the fins to be posted, let Steve get the price up to $.01 for a month again, and uplist this out of the pinks. He is running the show, not a bunch of ihubbers that don't understand most of the processes, don't understand filing rules, even though they are readily available and have been posted here before.
There is an unbelievable amount of disinformation, starting with that December 15 due date. That is not now, and has NEVER been the due date for the annual fins. Fins get 90 days to be posted. It WOULD have been the date if it was a quarterly, but it is not. So Dec 15 is not correct, never has been, and never will be in the future.
