Ed I’m going to play my last card. My ace up my sleeve. Equity retained earnings are added to the gross revenue. If the gross revenue minus the retained earnings are not sustainable in paying the required debt the company will or could fail.

If your a dollar short she will collaps unless someone comes in too save the company.

There is a share holder deficit in the billions along with huge, huge debt. Insiders never hold equity but bonds secured by treasury asset along with retained earnings that the equity holders purchased by the purchasing of shares.

I can’t see it being sustainable as treasury stock keeps building along with the depletion of the capital surplus “ money held in trust for the equity holders.

If the stock fell to zero tomorrow the company would last a year depending if material can be mined and sold.


Big risk my friend that the stock will keep trading as high as it is today. You have a real crap shoot on your hands. I still have my short position in place so watch out below my friend.
