What ive seen companies do, when they get public negative reviews, they often would reply publicly with an explanation/rectification to show that they are on top of things. Hope Saavy does that as they have received a few negative reviews in terms of customer service, lately. Heck, i'd volunteer to help them with that for free. It takes two seconds. It's not that many bad reviews, but they are the latest ones.
