I think it's generally accepted that cannabis intoxication can't be measured by a breathalyzer in the same way alcohol intoxication can. Rather than saying "x" amount of THC on the breath means you're high, a weed breathalyzer is going to detect recency of use (hours rather than days like with spit or urine). There isn't even an agreed upon THC-blood level for intoxication. Some jurisdictions say 5 ng/ml, but that number is arbitrary and meaningless.

As to Dr Hill - The Mas Spectrometer for Chemring which looks for Explosives which Our Dr Yost and Our Dr Boock and Dr Hill built for them, Chemring provided $250,000 to build their FAIMS THC Breathalyzer, the Washington University I mean, which 1st Links quotes - To much cost to go further on building - Never said it didn't work but the cost would be to High

All those things needed to be Court Certified are 95% done here and Dr Hill doesn't have the Funds to shrink all that and BLO/ZF is 95% there
